Start your week relaxed. Participate in a guided meditation, half an hour in the morning and/or in the evening. With varying themes such as the breath, intentions, metta, gratitude, compassion and more.

Acquainted
Get acquainted with a few mindfulness exercises in 90 minutes. This session can serve as a stepping stone to the course, but is also simply an opportunity to develop your attention and mindfulness.
